Experiencing life-changing loss is something that fathers can carry with them for the rest of their lives, but Phillip Tyler and I talk about how we have been strengthened from such loss. He and I have both lost our sons. We lay it out there in this discussion with the hope that others can use our stories to condition and position themselves for empowerment and balance. We talk about the importance of seeking mentoring on our paths through life, as well as taking on the responsibility of being mentors ourselves.
Phillip Tyler is the former President of the Spokane, Washington NAACP, a coach at Demand Results Consulting, and a public speaker.

In this discussion, he tells of the effects of Putin's propaganda and war on the Ukrainian people, and how he barely made it back to Norway after burying his mother in Ukraine.
