John Alan and Kerry talk about the medicinal benefits of exercise and how to ease one's stress levels by stepping back from social media. They also discuss the qualities of educated and non-educated fitness professionals, more socialism versus less socialism, their identities as expats, and Kerry's ongoing battle with Arizona coyotes.

Rick Donnette is the Human Performace Office NCOIC (Non-commissioned Officer In Charge) of the U.S. Army Tactical Athlete Performance Center (TAPC), and is a Master Performance Trainer at that facility. He is an integral part of the team that is responsible for re-shaping the U.S. Army's concept of military fitness. John Alan talks with Sergeant First Class Donnette about the importance of fitness longevity as opposed to looking for short term fitness, the difference between training and working out, and answers some questions that the Sergeant First Class asks in reference to John Alan's training and recovery methods. They also talk about life goals and their opinions on the state of America's younger generations. John Alan tries to steer the podcast in such a way that Sergeant First Class Rick Donnette calls John Alan "sir" at least ten times.

John Alan wonders aloud if the American Way needs to be updated, and Daniel accuses John Alan of being an adventurer. John blames his mother and grandmother for that character trait.

John Alan has a converstion with Egil Berli-Johnsen from Norway's Protein Fabrikken (Protein Factory). They talk about Viking history and how the Vikings had an inclusive set of family values, Egil's experience with the Confederate flag, life changes and challenges, and why America matters. Egil talks about why equal opportunity is maybe more important than forcing equal representation, while John Alan sits quietly because his wife is in the room during that part of the podcast. They also find out that they have a shared love of Ed Coan, first as a human being, and secondly as a powerlifter.
